DeRossi Law Firm is a full-service Long Island-based civil litigation and transactional law firm specializing in divorce and family law.
We handle all aspects of matrimonial law including divorce, separation, custody/visitation, spousal maintenance, paternity, domestic violence, juvenile delinquency, child abuse and neglect, relocation, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, parental alienation, orders of protection, mother's rights, father's rights, grandparent's rights, mediation, and CPS/ACS cases.

We have represented individuals and businesses in numerous commercial disputes. These cases have included claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, unfair competition, misrepresentation, fraud, theft, and violation of statutory and regulatory requirements. In appropriate cases, we have accepted commercial disputes on a contingency fee basis.

The firm routinely assists clients in selecting and setting up entities for their businesses, such as partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, 'C' and 'S' corporations, and limited liability companies.
